About Casa PH

The essentials about what Casa PH is and who the platform is built for.

What is Casa PH?

Casa PH is a Philippine real estate platform designed to make property search, listing discovery, and professional connections feel cleaner and easier to trust. It brings together listings, map search, public professional profiles, and guided matching tools in one place.

Who is Casa PH for?

Casa PH is built for buyers, renters, property owners, and verified real estate professionals. Public users can explore listings and connect with professionals, while licensed brokers and qualified real estate salespersons can manage listings, inquiries, and daily workflow on the platform.

How do I contact a property professional about a property?

Each property listing has a contact form and professional information. You can send an inquiry or request a tour directly from the listing page.

Pricing and Platform Fees

How Casa PH pricing works today and how it relates to commissions on posted listings.

How much does Casa PH cost?

Casa PH is free for public users to browse. You can search listings, explore maps, view public agent and agency pages, and contact professionals through the platform without paying marketplace fees. View pricing details.

For brokers and other real estate professionals, Casa PH is currently free during public beta. If paid plans or premium tools are introduced later, we'll communicate pricing clearly before any changes take effect.

Does Casa PH charge a commission on listings posted on the platform?

No. Casa PH does not charge a commission on listings posted on the platform. Any commission-sharing, referral, or co-broke arrangement remains between the professionals and parties involved, not with Casa.

How does Casa PH make money?

Casa PH may charge for platform access, tools, subscription plans, premium features, or future paid services. Those platform charges are separate from professional commissions tied to property transactions.

Are there platform fees instead of commission charges?

Casa PH's pricing is separate from commissions on posted listings. If a paid plan or premium feature applies, it is charged as a platform fee or service fee, not as a percentage of a listing transaction.

What might Casa pricing look like after public beta?

We're keeping Casa free for professionals during public beta while we learn what brokers need most. As we look ahead, we may introduce post-beta plans designed for different stages of growth.

To give professionals a rough idea of the direction we may take, here are some illustrative examples only:

- Free — possibly up to 1 active listing
- Plus — possibly around PHP 500–700/month, with higher active listing limits
- Pro — possibly around PHP 1,500–2,000/month, with higher listing limits and agency-oriented tools like team management, shared branding, and agency workspace features

These examples are provided only to explain a possible post-beta structure. They are not an offer, commitment, or final pricing. Final plans, features, limits, and pricing may change before launch.

Market Board and Requests

How Seller Board and Buyer Requests work for owners, buyers, and professionals.

What is Market Board?

Market Board is Casa PH's matching area for owners, buyers, and verified real estate professionals. It has two parts: the Seller Board (for property owners) and Buyer Requests (for buyers). In both flows, contact details remain hidden until you accept a professional.

How does Seller Board (Sell My Property) work?

Casa PH's Seller Board feature lets property owners post what they want to sell or rent, review interested verified real estate professionals, and manage their posts in one place. Once you sign in, you can use the seller dashboard to track activity, update your post, and choose who you want to work with.

How do Buyer Requests work?

Buyers can post what they are looking for in Buyer Requests. Approved professionals can comment and suggest listings. Buyers can accept or decline each response, and contact details are only revealed to accepted professionals.

Safety, Reporting, and Privacy

How Casa PH handles reporting, safety guidance, and privacy-related requests.

How do I report a problem with a listing?

On any property detail page, click the "Report a problem" link at the bottom. You can select a reason and provide additional details. Our team reviews all reports promptly. You can also visit our Safety Center for red flags and due diligence tips.

Can brokers report suspicious Market Board posts or requests?

Yes. Signed-in professional accounts can use the Report this post action on Seller Board and Buyer Requests detail pages if content looks suspicious, misleading, abusive, or unsafe. Casa PH reviews those reports in moderation queues and may hide the post or request while it is being reviewed.

Is my personal data safe?

Casa PH is designed to align with RA 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. You can read the full Privacy Policy or visit our dedicated Data Privacy page for request guidance.

How do I make a privacy or data subject request?

If you want to ask about your personal information, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, use the Data Privacy page. It explains what to include and links you to the correct request flow.
