Casa PH is currently free for public users and free for professionals during public beta. If paid plans or premium tools are introduced later, we'll communicate pricing clearly before any changes take effect.
Casa PH does not charge a commission on listings posted on the platform. Any commission-sharing, referral, or co-broke arrangement remains between the professionals and parties involved.
Professionals
Free during public beta
Licensed brokers and other real estate professionals can currently use Casa PH at no cost while the platform is in public beta. Casa PH does not charge a commission on listings posted on the platform.
Platform pricing and commissions are separate.
Casa PH may introduce platform fees, subscriptions, or premium tools in the future, but those are separate from commissions tied to property transactions. Casa PH does not participate in broker-to-broker commission splits or act as a party to commission agreements.
